Expected Behavior

• Be respectful and professional. Treat all participants with courtesy and avoid behavior that makes others feel unwelcome or unsafe.
• Engage in good faith. Discussions should be constructive and foster meaningful connections.
• Respect privacy. Do not share or record private conversations, presentations, or materials without consent.

• Follow security and ethical guidelines. Unauthorized scanning, probing, or accessing of devices, networks, or accounts is prohibited.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

• Offensive comments related to gender, identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion.
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate physical contact, or unwelcome sexual attention.
• Disrupting talks, unauthorized recording, or sharing private information without consent.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness a violation, report it to conference staff. Staff will assist in resolving issues, including contacting security or law enforcement if necessary. Violators may face warnings, expulsion, or permanent bans at the discretion of conference organizers.
